1. Using Daymark
These terms describe use of Daymark, provided by Red Comet Media. Use the app lawfully and in accordance with applicable platform rules. You remain responsible for the shortcuts, app links, websites, and imported files you configure.
2. App license
Red Comet Media retains ownership of the Daymark software and original materials. Any App Store distribution is subject to the license terms supplied with that release. Unless a custom license is supplied in the App Store listing, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. Apple’s applicable service terms also govern App Store transactions. These website terms do not replace those license terms or restrict rights that applicable law does not allow to be restricted.
3. What the app can and cannot do
Daymark provides configurable launcher widgets, routines, optional launch pauses, focus timers, and a daily Journal. iOS controls widget placement, refresh timing, the Home Screen, permissions, and execution of Shortcuts. A launch pause only applies when you open an app through Daymark. A timer does not itself activate Apple Focus, block other apps, or send a completion notification.
The daily Journal covers actions recorded through Daymark and timer sessions. Timer minutes are elapsed time, not verified focused time. The Journal is not a measurement of total device screen time, blocked notifications, or time saved. “Offline” is a routine name, not a device connectivity setting. Full-page widgets require iOS 27; smaller widgets support earlier compatible versions. Features and compatibility may change as the app develops.
4. Third-party apps and services
Apple Shortcuts and third-party destinations are outside Red Comet Media’s control. Links can stop working or require an installed app or a correctly configured shortcut. Access to third-party services is governed by their own terms.
5. Your settings and backups
You are responsible for maintaining any backups you need. Importing a backup replaces the app’s layouts and activity after confirmation. Keep exported backup files secure. See the privacy policy for details on local storage, permissions, and deletion.
6. Availability and support
The app is preparing for submission and is not yet offered for public App Store download. No release date or continued feature availability is promised by this page. We aim to provide accurate information and useful support, but uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every third-party app is not guaranteed. Daymark is not intended as a safety-critical service.
Any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. For help, see Daymark support.
7. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or its distribution. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Use the support contact section for questions about these terms.
